Although the project has been delivered to you, this does not complete the process yet. Terminology and your preferences for style are entered into a database as a reference and to assure consistency for future projects and/or updates.

Upon completion of the aforementioned, a backup of the complete project is created and maintained for a period of 6 years from the date of delivery.
